I feel compelled to write to you about the service I have been receiving over the last 3 years from Lester Glenn. I have bought 2 cars from Lester Glenn. Not only was the buying experience a pleasure, but the follow up service has been amazing! I have owned many other brands and have to say it seems the philosophy of Lester Glenn differs in that once they partner with a customer they focus on keeping them happy for the life of their vehicle. I have sent several friends to Lester Glenn with confidence that I have not steered them wrong, and every one of them have raved about their experience. I just want to thank you for running a dealership that is actually a pleasure to go to (kind of unheard of in the car industry)
One more note: I recently went on vacation to SC and drove my Buick Enclave. I had a problem with the DVD player just before we left. I brought it to the service department and the problem was resolved. While on the road somewhere in Virginia I got a call on my cell from the dealership confirming that the DVD player was working properly and that my kids were happy! Where else do you get that kind of customer service!!! You guys are great! Thank you again.
